Yup, there are different limits for each age/position. Right now these are set pretty high, but they'll gradually come down as we fine tune things. But for anyone with players being tracked, this is by far the easiest way to keep their info up to date, increasing the chances they get the attention of our esteemed coaches.

Yeah your system definitely needs to be fine tuned...I have an 18yo guard that is better than most of the guard types that are currently in your system. Hopefully he'll get in as a 19 yo next year and then will catch some attention.

I'll just echo this by saying, 18yo's are very hard to scout. Their initial salary/talents are really much less important that their potential and what kind of training they get (we're probably at the point with the u21s, and definitely the NT, now that if a player isn't getting primarily single-position training, they're not going to make it). And it really takes a while to figure out whether a rookie is going to have a shot. So, we have the cream-of the crop 18yo's, and then count on the fact that anyone we missed that turns out looking nice will show up when they're 19. So, just wait another week and I'm sure we'll find your guy.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend anybody. I think it's a great system. I was merely suggesting that if the purpose of displaying the DB is to allow people to have some idea of how their players are looking for U21 or NT inclusion, that it seems odd to base their display on their beginning-of-season stats.

Anyhow, I had a question about Hathaway's training, but I guess I'll ask it in the private USA NT forum.

It uses the BBAPI system for logging in, so you need to create a bb access code through your profile here on the BB site. This is not your regular password, but rather a separate access code used for these sorts of 3rd party applications to access info about your team without being able to control it.

Just a quick update on this. When you log in to the site to update your players, it now checks current estimated salary (not just actual salary) against the limits. So, if you've had a guy who's salary at the start of the year didn't meet the criteria but has trained really well, it's possible he'll now get added.

The limits are still fairly high, but since it's checking mid/end-of-season salary, I'd expect a lot more guys will get through. Also, if you have players already in the DB, this is a great way to keep their skills up to date to make it more like JP or Coco notice them when adding to their rosters.
