WOW! TKS - great info King Babar!

Is that for any position? It seems that "Big Men" add salary faster...

I am guessing that the allstars you mention are the "old" allstars... maybe?

Been checking - I guess though those estimates could be kinda close - I've been seeing stars and allstars 10% above this "salary cap" - well... keep on adding people! Thanks!

They could easily be above this cap because it doesnt stop them from growing it just slows their growth (Soft Cap not Hard Cap).

So... its more like WHEN THEY SLOW DOWN TRAINING? I wonder how much it affects? Is it like they are affected as if they were 27 yr old players once they reach the cap, no matter the age?

it becomes more worse if you train then longer, so i could imagine that this values are sometimes to high.

I've heard age slows down training 10-15% which I feel is rather high. My star Willis hasn't seemed to slow at all with age (He's still very young). My feeling is that when a player hits this cap its no longer efficient to continue training them as training in this game is all about working out the most efficient plan but I do know some managers keep trying to push those players higher.

To my knowledge, no-one has ever bothered to conduct a systematic study of this. And having in mind how many other things factor into training speed, whoever told you this was probably pulling numbers out of their rear end.

Yup.. maybe --- plus, they say now the salary won't determine the abilities of the players, so... maybe multiskilled players will have a "bonus" - meaning that the salary of having a multi "prolific" guard (lets say in 5 skills), would have a somehow lower (regarding quality) salary that a guard with with just jump shot and shot range up high (maybe even with these two skills just a notch higher than prolific)....

It would be somehow of a "punishment" for 1 dimensional players and their trainers..
