Hi there,
I have same problem with Atila Mahdavi (2577870)
He has allstar Potential, he is 23 years old
He had trained pressure for 5 or 6 weeks and he had got full training time

but there was no rising in his OD skill
I supposed he reached the maximum of his potential
is it right? may someone help me?
thanks a lot

With this salary and potential it is highly probable that he already reached his cap.. it means he will still receive training and get better, but slower. It would also be nice to know how much it slows, so if you are going to train him anyway, you can send your results or findings to "Training speed analysis" thread, it would be useful for the whole comunity.

23 years is quite old. Is he training 1 or 2 positions?

It's pretty well established by now that the salary cap for allstars is about 80,000. I doubt that this guy has managed to add 35k in salary since the start of season. But he might be getting close, I guess.

The all-star soft cap can hit players with salaries as low as around $50k. I suppose that is a little known fact.

Interesting. My understanding is that the salary cap is the same for everyone -- and from what I can see players with 50k salary still receive reasonable training. But maybe I am mistaken.

I have reliable information from a certain GM that his former NT player with a salary of $49,xxx had entered the soft cap zone before this season.
