Me too, right now trying to make a push for All Canadian, I'm leading II.4 and it looks like an autopromotion is doable ;)

Don't worry - it gives me a reason to get to work early on a Friday now!

For me it's 3 AM... won't wake up early for it

Next season we should put it later on during the day

I'm hattrick crossover, trying to train players for the national team, but not doing a very good job at it.

HT player here, too. FC Big Chicken in the USA. I've been playing BB since last July. It's a lot more fun to me than HT now.

How long have ya'll been playing BB?

About six weeks. I confess I'm finding it hard going. The training regimes take a lot of getting used to, I think, judging when to train the whole team and when to train just a few individuals. Also the important of enthusiasm is a new tactical judgement for me.

But then I don't play HT, I play Battrick and FTP, though.

Well, if you need any advice, BBmail me. I train PF/C, and occasionally SF, too. I only train the whole team in Stamina or FT every 8 weeks.

Enthusiasm is very important. Last season, after I was locked in the playoffs, I TIEd the remaining games leading up to the playoffs to maximize my enthusiasm for the postseason. I think its the main reason I made it to the finals. It's a bit unrealistic, but it's part of the game, I guess.

I've been playing BB since the beginning of september. It's taken some getting used to, but i too must confess that BB is more engaging than HT, particularly the chance to watch the play by play. In hattrick, i really have zero clue how things happen and why certain guys score when they do, but the translation of a player's skill to his game performance is much easier to track in BB. I feel like i pretty much wasted most of my opportunity to train last year, trying to train the whole team rather than focusing on a particular skill set. Also, the economic model for BB is pretty fucked, with ridiculous wages and zero 'merchandise' income. I can understand the need to day trade in this game, but then again it's so hard to gauge what market value for particular skills and particular players. Anyhoo, too many random thoughts in one post. Good luck this season everyone. Anyone know what the first changes to the game engine were? They just posted a notice about the 2nd round of changes, but i wasn't aware of what the first round was.

Is it? It's so much more complex than in either of the online cricket manager games I play. In that you pretty much train batting or bowling... in BB you've got to juggle shooting, defence, driving, etc., etc.. I can't seem to get any progress. Every week I seem to be further behind. And now, thanks to the bot cleanup I'm in the top English league with really no clue how to avoid relegation. Gonna be a tough year...

I just promoted in second league in Canada. Hope to survive here. The Canadian NT point guard is my player, or at least it was last season, now he fired all players and he will rehire them based on submissions and such. He should still make the team, I hope
