I want to declare something that is obvious:
for everybody interessed, feel free to ask me whatever you want about my plans and ideas for the U21

first of all if you need I can help you with NT

just some questions for you


1-Are you going to have a member of staff to follow each position??
2-Want you make a short-time competitive team or do you want to make a long-term
developing team??
3-if a player can be called by both NTs is he going to go with you or with makis??
4-have you got any idea to increase the activity of this community like what gnappo is doing in italy??

5-do you prefer High-level monoskill(like brasil,portugal,old spain)or well-trained multiskill(italy,france,Usa)???i think it's very important for your training plans

I have somebody ready to work, as you can find out in the speech... and i'm not plaining to involve other people until the end of the elections.... after the elections, the new coach may hire some new staff...

1 - Cyprus already has a big Database thanks to the hard work Steve made, and so every new prospect will be taken into account but I don't think that this will need a scout for each position.

2 - I will try to figure out a strong top team with the best 10 players, sorrounded by any well talented boy that misses top level for just a difference of 3 for skill-points, considering his role most important skills total...
also potential will be taken into a big consideration espacially for younger players if they are well trainend and updated regulary.

3 - I have some ideas shared with Steve, and we think that 18 to 21 y.o. players will play only for the u21

4 - i'll make everything I can to involve the community in the U21 activity, there will be prematch and postmatch analysis, game Mvp and so on...
there will always be answer to each question posted about the U21, according to the respect of players owners to keep the skills secret...

5 - as far as I know cyprus U21 players will have to work a lot to become multiskilled in the way I guess you consider it.. by the way the players that are already in the Database show very interessing characteristics, that can be reconduct to both categories you mentioned...

I want to know if you're going to place man who follow a specific role for the training like in Italy landi,B31,Zezo,karenn and darkwizard

I understood perfectly.
no right now I don't plan to hire single-role scouts...
i don't think Cyprus Players are quite enough to involve other persons to scout them, and i also think that U21 players skills should go around so easily, at least until we will have a thousand players DB, instead of a couple of hundreds

2)it's an innovative idea to put some interest on defense.So do you prefer monoskill with high level in defense skills??

I think Cyprus could be a top 40 team during this year with one of this candidate as NT coach
