(Maybe this thread will stand the test of time :D)

It is a bit quick to ask, but does anybody already have experience with a doctor with tapping injuries specialty? In my last 3 scrimmages I picked up 4 injuries that didn't last after the game, but it messed up my training minutes pretty good. If I had a doctor with tapping injuries specialty, maybe it would have been less of a problem. So I have 2 questions:

1) Has anybody seen a player return on the court after he was injured that same game?
2) If so, did you by any chance have more then 1 injury since the new staff system has taken off, and how many? This could tell something about the % of players returning into the game.

I think that if there is a new speciality "Taping injuries", the injury factor in the system were increased at these doctors which have not this speciality.

I heard that this speciality have an affect only for these injuries which could be normally only during match and than would be the player back to normal anyway.

Well happend to me sometimes that my best center was injuried on 1st quarter and I lost my match because of that, however I had an 10 level doctor,so player were ok after the match..

..so the question is if I have a low leve doctor with speciality "taping injury" however only 3 level and an affect of this speciality is only for the injuries which aren't for long therm, will have this speciality any point? Might happen that this doctor will have only injuried players for long therm because of his low level and no brushed for solving taping injuries..?

I'm pretty sure this is the right forum for it and it doesn't belong in Bugs, but I'm sure someone will tell me if I'm wrong.

As per the rules:

Taping Injuries: There is a small chance that a player's minor injury can be taped up immediately, and he will be able to return to the game at the start of the next quarter.

Does anyone have any idea what the actual chance is? Is it judged by the same scale as that which dictates how many weeks a player is injured for if he has a serious injury? I had a player injured in Q1 today, he wasn't put back in during the game and he isn't injured now so I became curious.

Interesting: no injury after the game, but not returning to the line up either...

Probably simply means that the injury has not been taped successfully. From what I hear, taping can only (potentially) occur for injuries that do not stay after the end of the game, but I can't remember where I read this for the life of me.

Thank you for changing the title of this thread. I thought it was about Stanley Jordan's car accident...

Since the new staf system is runing i had 4 injuries, and i have a doc lvl 4 with that speciality.

Now, today i had a new injury just for the match, that player never comes back to the game and only played 2 min.

Guess this is not my lucky week.

Who cares?!
