It depends.
First of all you do the Scouting Combine its 10p.
Then its all on you, how many players you want to Scout, just the 18y, just the 19y old, just the tall players, just the short players, combine something or all of them?...
Then to scout a player you need 1p for each guy where you can see how good hes skills are (5 star is the best).
Then you can Interview the players with lets say 4 and 5 stars on skills (I do it, because those with 3 stars does not have good skills, they got too low TSP). To interview a player cost 2p
This will show his potential, 5 stars is a 9, 10 or 11 pot, 4 stars is an 7 or 8 pot, 3 stars 5 or 6 pot...
