I know playoff games are the most valuable, and scrimmages are at the bottom. Curious about the difference between regular season and cup matchups, which one gives more experience per minute?

League games give more experience, but other games such as the Cup, Playoffs/Relegation, and maybe NT/U21 and B3 also give more experience. I can't remember the exact order, though.
