I have a question, I would like to know what happens at the end of the league depending on your position. I want to know, too, what is the difference between playing the playoffs or doesn't.

How does the training works? Is there any site which explains in detail how the training works?

financially... playoffs makes a huge difference, esp home field...

d. V, doesn't really effect your draft drastically either.
