It is a small bug as well, but very easy to fix.
When training ends, there is a message in the "News" page. It is linked to the team's "Roster" page.
It is much more logical that it will be linked to the "Training" page.

People typically want to see skill pops and game shape changes when they realize training has finished. You can't get the game shape information on the training page. I also thought the training history (showing the pops) is a Supporter feature, but I may be mistaken there. Anyway, link to the roster page is more useful, although the suggestion certainly sounds logical.

When I (and I guess that I'm not the only one, although I don't know the numbers here) am being notified that the training ended, I am interesting in the following (and on this order):
1) Seeing skills update
2) Updating the training for next week
3) Seeing the Game-Shape status (On this I agree with you).

So, I think that it is more reasonable that the personal news about team's training ending should be linked to the "Training" page and not the "Roster" page.

In addition I would suggest adding also the Game-Shape (and Experience) changes to this page.

Fair enough. Just so that you understand the history here, the training page used to consist of two things only: changing of training type and changing the amount of money spent on scouting. The skill pops history on the training page is a fairly new addition.

for updating my training next week, it will be better to send me to my schedule, cause making the lineup affect the common training more. And especially often you change it again, thorugh bad minutes etc. So i normally first change the training on wednesday.

OK. Nice to know.
A suggestion is brought not to throw dirt on the game and its creators, but is introduced in order of improving the game.
Improving the game can be achieved by a better stability of the game, a more user-friendly game, a game that is performing more like is expected to do, or one that will make it a more competitive.

Personally I think it is fine where it is now given:

1. You put 5 developers in the room and you will get 5 different ideas on how to do things

2. It has worked the way it has now since a long time

3. Scrolling down the roster page gives you a sense of anticipation as you scroll down to see who popped rather than be able to see everything in one go. Also in the training page, the history is only for supporter info so for normal users, you do not see much at all
