Would it be possible to loan my players to a weaker league so they can get better and develop instead of sitting on my bench. I would like to win my games and develop my players at the same time. If I get a great player in the draft and he is ready for my rotation that is great. If I have 2 or 3 players in front of him and I want to win the title/cup I can’t afford to get my 11th or 12th player their minutes. In some cases it’s even more players than that. Then there are lower division teams that can’t afford the price tag put on some of these players. Those teams can ask to loan out the player and if the manager agrees my player than starts playing 30 minutes a game for a division 4 team instead of riding the bench for me and not improving to the likely hood of a real player. That is why the NBA got the NBDL started so young players will develop. Also in Europe you seem big team do this all the time. Any real coach knows you learn more from playing a game with refs then you do in practice against the same people daily.

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

What if you know he will be a star and you dont want to and you cant get him better based on the rules in the game. Why should i be forced to sell him instead of helping out a team in a lower league. It is both benificial to him and me. My player plays with him. He gets a player he cant afford to buy for the remainder of the season. It happens all the time in Europe.

if he would be a star he should play right from the beginning, i think at this point of the game your other players cant be that much better, also sometimes you have to sacrifice something for your youth, anyway your choice, but as i said everyone playing this game got the same limits on the trainingposition, so you got no disadvantage.

i never said i have a disadvantage. i'm giving suggestions to make the game better and giving examples that happen in real lif in real leagues. why should i sell my 2nd round pick every year because they are not ready for big rotation minutes. Almost every team in the world has an 11th or 12 player who is their for either practice to improve or expierence. Then allot of those payers or either loaned to gain expierence before or never become what they should have, This has nothing to do with me. I would like the option in future seasons when my stars start getting older and i can still play them instead of selling them for younger players who are not ready because i cant gaurentee them 48 minutes a week.

does it means that every strong team will have in the future his own farms?

This would certainly encourage day trading. Bad idea.

this is not a farm system. You dont own the team you are sending him to. You can send him to another country. It is for lower teams to get better players and help them with out paying their whole salary and you get your 18 year ols 2nd round pick aa chance to play and prove his worth to you before you decide to sell him. This idea works even better if there is a cap on how many players your team can own.
