Hey India,

As you all know, the forums on BuzzerBeater are quite difficult to navigate on. The fact that you are a small community means that the active manager needs to be closer to the others. That means helping newbies by responding to all their needs. But the most important thing is that general managers get into the game and feel comfortable on it. For that, we need to welcome them, answer their questions, and check if everything rolls for them.

To ease our tasks, you will find the links to the principle Indian forums. Go visit Indians to say hello. It doesn't cost anything ;-)!

We suffer in many ways by being such a small community both in the lack of competition, even in Div. II, and in the National Teams. I've only been a part of this for about three months but it seems to me that we have an unusually high rate of attrition.

I would suggest two things:
1) Let's all participate only in 1 forum, because we just don't have the critical mass to keep more alive.
2) Someone should reach out to the new managers and offer them encouragement and help. It is confusing when people start and it might get discouraging when one loses by 50 points every game. I will make a point of sending a mail to everyone I play from now on.

Well if that's the case, I guess we can all post stuff in the BB India forum.

Yeah for sure! We should focus on one specific forum.

But the thing is that newbies don't have the habit to navigate on India Global forum and directly post in the forum of their Leagues. So it's good to check time to time if a new member registered and tell him to head on the global ;-).

Anyways, glad to see that there is more life recently! And that's thanks to all of you!

Their coach was just little clever than we thought, and used the opposite offensive tactic to what we thought they'd use. Such things often happen in this game, what more can we do???

I understand Yogi. No problem.

We lost against Pakistan and it belongs to the past now. Even if it hurts our ego. We currently are doing our best to win a couple more games! Create trafic on the Indian forums, make you and all Indians appreciate more and more Buzzer Beater. We lost the battle, but the war isn't over. There is still a lot to do ;-).

But I agree: as a general manager I can't make mistakes anymore. There's a proverb that says that err is human. I'm a Transformers now, not a human!
