In order to motivate people to train and use correctly their Cypriot trainees we came up with some Competitions that will hopefully make training more challenging. Also remember that having a player in any of the National Teams (NT and U21) will raise this player’s experience and also your merchandise income.
BEST TRAINED PLAYERS
The 18 , 19 and 20 year old player that will be trained best will get some bonus. The term “best” includes the amount of pops , the skills he will improve , how “stick to the program” he was. Those 3 players will get an invitation on a Scrimmage at the end of the season , and they will have a sure spot in the lineup of those matches.
BEST GAME SHAPPED PLAYER
This competition is about those managers that have one player on one of the two National Teams (NT and U21) , and also have a young trainee. The player playing in the National Teams that will have the best Game Shape throughout the whole season will give an invitation to the young trainee for one Scrimmage at the end of the season. Excellent motivation for all managers that have a young trainee and wish to see him honoring Cyprus.
MOST COOPERATIVE MANAGER
The manager that will be most cooperative with both National Coaches will get an invitation ticket for his trainee for a sure spot in a lineup on one of the Scrimmages at the end of the season.
21 vs 20 Scrimmage
At the end of the season , the last match before the offseason , we decided to hold an annual Scrimmage , the going vs the coming . The best 21 year old players will be called to the NT and will play against the best 20 year old players.
