I've been playing for some time now and i was really wondering about this issue.
What is the purpose of paying 2 weeks more of scouting if the Edit Draft Order doesn't change.That's about 100k for nothing and please correct me if i'm wrong.I've been watching for any changes and nothing happends every season after the Edit Draft Order becomes available.

The scouting done during playoffs and offseason affects the draft list you will receive next season. The one you have currently was final as soon as you got it. Your money is not wasted, you just do not get immediate results.
