Hello! I have question! Why in rules i see that in national tournament i can't play "take it easy", but now i played 1/4 finals and i couldn't play "take it easy" too...

Enthusiasm

For particularly important games, including league playoff games, relegation games, and the final two rounds of the national tournament, your players will be too excited to "take it easy". In these games, the only options available are Playoff Normal, in which your team receives the enthusiasm effects of a regular Take It Easy but the effort level of a regular Normal, and Playoff Crunch Time, in which your team receives the enthusiasm effects of a regular Normal but the effort level of a regular Crunch Time.

You will want to contact your local LA regarding this, as the official rules in American English read:

The final two rounds of the tournament will be at a neutral site for countries with less than four divisions. For countries with four or more divisions, the final three rounds will be at a neutral site, and for countries with six divisioins, the final four rounds will be at a neutral site.

He is talking about enthusiasm.
Actually in the turnament rules this is written:
You are free to choose your effort level for each Tournament game – however, be aware that it uses the same enthusiasm rating that affects how well your team will play, so be careful with Crunch Times!
His line from the news said, that he could not use TIE in the last two rounds in cup games. He was playing quarter finals and implied that he could not use TIE.
It seems to me that BC Drunken Weirdos put more into that game. So he played Playoff-CT(normal) and Newox Playoff-normal(tie).

Those same rules apply to both HCA and enthusiasm options - is there a discrepancy in the American English rules?

He tryes to ask what exactly is last 2 rounds. Is it semis and finals? Because he was playing quarter finals and could not choose take it easy. As I understood this post here that he is refering to the Rulesfull: Tactics - Enthusiasm chapter. We have 5 leagues in Estonia so basically that means 3 last rounds -> Thus rules under tactics enthusiasm is only valid for countrys with less than 4 divisions.
