How to play in the best possible way against a team that plays motion attack (centers score fewer and the best scorers/players in the team are SG and SF) and uses man-to-man defense?

My idea is the 1-3-1 defense system but what about my attacking tactics?
edit: my opponent's team has only 10 players available to use, is there any chance of tiring them out somehow?

You can't fully rely on me but if they are using motion and man to man, for attacking I usually use Run and Gun, Motion, and sometimes Patient and Look inside because my Shooting guard, and Power Forwards are the best my team has to offer. But it really depends on what your team is like and what you think.

against motion i like the 3-2 Zone, because it has more inside action then run and gun. But when he is weak there, or your center is strong defender and rebounder you could go for 1-3-1 also.

I would go with 3-2 zone and low post. My reasoning is that your best players seem to mostly be inside players (Power Forwards), so you will be most effective on the inside game. You don't seem to have a true Center, so I would assume you don't have anyone with spectacular rebounding to play center and snatch all the rebounds in a 1-3-1, so 3-2 is more useful so you have 2 players under the rim after the opponent shoots

My best player is PF but the SGs are rather weak.. so I think I have to concentrate on C and PF in the attack..

Well I seem to be much like you, except my main SG is a really good shooter but my power forwards, center(trainee), and sf are good all around. So really I but it as run & gun, base offense, and during some scrimmages other tactics. How old are your Center and Power Forward? If they are 18 or 19 you should train them for inside scoring and defense/rebounding. If they are around 30 you should get some good trainees that don't need like 5 different skills trained. When I bought my trainees I bought some good ones for 1000-15000$. But if you want some practice you can scrimmage against me during the season
