I won a bid on a player (9087801), however, the transfer wasn't done.

It looks like there's something wrong with some processes, the BBs will look at it as soon as possible, they are probably still sleeping right now

Looks like the player is on your team now. Sometimes there are short delays in the transfer completions.

Sometimes there are temporary delays on the transfer market. This isn't really a bug, and the player will usually arrive within ~15 minutes.
