Would you rather train (2-position training)
1) 5 players more than 48 minutes and 1 player about 10-20 minutes, or
2) 4 players more than 48 minutes and 2 players around 43-47 minutes?

personally I would choose #1 and try to sell off that 6th guy that would only get 10-20 min. Im not a huge fan of #2 just because the drop off is so big if a trainee gets even just 1 minute fewer than 48.

i prefer two, with 43 minutes he don't gets extra training time.

But i am also a fan of letting the trainees play 48 minutes in one game.

?!? What? I do #2 and they get very nice training even with 40min. I don't notice so much difference.

Did you notice how much less (in %) they get? I am just curious what the actual drop off could be.

I can't say. But as my feeling would be 50% for 36mins and 25% for 24mins. So I don't say no to 47mins as it still is at least 90%... I'd say the loss is bigger if you get 48mins and have a level worse trainer than to get 40+ mins with my lvl5 trainer.

Definitely not that much.

There's a severe drop off from 48 to 47 minutes.

I have for example a player that has atrocious stamina, and therefore I have big trouble getting him full minutes, he mostly gets just some 40-44, and yet he has developped at the same pace as the others..(!) (?)

Oh. I have to trust you of course. Strange that I haven't noticed it.
Edit: Has to be my stupidity.:)
