It says in the news:

By the sounds of it, the contracts are based on a league-wide scale. Yet, I am earning a different amount of revenue than the rest of the teams in my league.

Is this a glitch, or will all TV contracts be independent per team?

The league averages on your Economy page are a glitch. Everyone in your league is making the same amount of money from their TV contract as you.

Somehow, this weeks league average TV contract shows the average of last weeks and this weeks TV contract. BB's are looking into this.

No it 's average from current tv contract revenue and the old one. I.E. (35k + x)/2
