Hi,

I just wanted to know what are the effects of playing take it easy compared to normal?
Will my players make less shots, play worse defense, etc?

Your team will perform worse, overall.

It'll also increase enthusiasm for the next game. Higher enthusiasm means better play. So it's like investing in future games at the expense of current game.

so you TIE a game where you're way better than the opponent so you have a higher ent a better chance to win against a stronger opponent...

Will that only last into the next game? How long and how powerful are the effects?

I think it's a 50% boost of your enthusiasm is I remember correctly, and CT halves your enthusiasm. However, OT gives a small boost.

Enthusiasm goes down faster the farther it is from 5(or vice virsa) I recommend getting your enthusiasm up to at least 8. More info on bottom of this page.

TIE = +33% ent.

CT = -50% ent.

Daily update loss (depends on ent. - the higher ent. the bigger loss) = cca. 2% - 3%

Is TIE/CT shown in after-game ratings or it's some kind of hidden advantage/disadvantage?

It is not shown in match ratings, but it CT affects in-game probabilities (shots, rebounds, etc.) in your direction, vice versa for TIE.
